Well, yesterday was a busy day. I couldn’t seem to find time to get in here at all. I probably won’t have a lot of time here again today but I thought I’d pop in early and try to get something in.

Problem with that, though, is that while I feel I have a lot to say today, I’m not sure that I do. Too many things jumbled up in my head.

During pilates class yesterday, some of the women decided they wanted to do salsa dancing. I’m not much of a dancer and don’t like high impact activities all that much because I can feel them in my joints. Well, I decided to be a good sport and go along. Being the tallest in the class, at 5’10″, I stick out among the other women who are all under 5’7″. In addition, I am not coordinated when it comes to doing fast foot movements. I have to rely on counting the steps to make sure I am on the right track. The problem with that is that people, especially in dance, seem to like to change up the steps often and then I’m totally off. When we were asked to “fly” through the air, crossing the dance floor, I gave up. I just could not do what they were asking and I ended up feeling self-conscious rather than graceful.
