I had actually posted this image last week and just loved it. I printed it out and gave it to a friend who is taking her first drawing class and she loved it.
It was my first foray into the heavy post-processing of my images. While it was fun, I still really like the natural look of most of my images without post-processing done in imaging software.
I keep reading that people look at them as tools in their craft but I find that nature has so much to offer that is stunning and beautiful and I’m not sure why we need to improve upon that.

Agreed with your point, nature has a lot of things to offer. The post processing gives the artist the chance to add thier flare, and I think you’ve done a great job here! :)
